Attention: please note there is no ACA Running in July and August. ACA Running will return on Wednesday September 7.
 

• Go for a run every Wednesday at 7 pm. We meet up at the entrance of the sports hall in Park Spoor Noord and run around 5 to 10 km depending on the runners present - everyone's running level is taken into account.
• ACA Running is a free activity for ACA members. No admissions will be deducted from your sports punch card.
• Are you already a member of Active Company Antwerp, but is it your first time joining for a run? Please send an email to running@activecompany.be in advance. This way, we make sure to wait for you at the departure point.
• Are you not yet a member and would you like to join us on a run? You can test out the activity for free once before deciding whether you would like to become a member or not. Please notify running@activecompany.be in advance.
• In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions (snow, hail, etc.), running will be cancelled.

Requirements

• Good running shoes, comfortable sports wear and a smile are indispensable during ACA Running.
• To avoid injuries, decent running shoes are a must.
• You certainly don't have to be a super experienced runner or a roadrunner. Even those who are new to running are certainly welcome.
• It is recommended to leave backpacks or personal valuables at home. The use of the lockers in the sports hall of Park Spoor Noord is at your own discretion (the lockers are not always accessible either).
• There are no showers at Park Spoor Noord.

General Information

Would you like to discover Antwerp in a slightly different way? During a run with a fun group of sport enthusiasts for example? Then ACA Running is something worth considering. We meet at the sports hall in Park Spoor Noord and the route is a little different every week. All you need are good running shoes and sports wear... the rest will come naturally.
