Practical information

The training sessions are in the sports hall on Linkeroever. Every Tuesday from 8 pm to 10 pm. Check the calendar for details.

Everyone is always welcome to come and play during a training session.

In July and August, we play in Park Spoor Noord
from 7 to 9 pm.

General Information

• Are you also itching to go out?
• And would you like to play volleyball in a fun team?
• Then you can go to Active Company Antwerp.
• Both L's, G's, B's, T's, Q's, and allies are more than welcome for a recreational training.

Anyone can participate in a training session.
Beginners and advanced players sometimes train together, other times side by side, depending on the attendees.
So, there is definitely room for you.

The first half hour, there is a joint warm-up.
Afterwards, there is training on flexibility, speed and technique.
The training will be concluded with a friendly match.

Details

• Training for all levels together
• Competition: A, B and C team (so both absolute beginners and advanced players)
• First hour and a half: training on flexibility, speed, endurance and technique
• Last half hour: match
• Participation in tournaments across Europe
• Nice friendly atmosphere; everyone welcome!
• You do not have to register or announce yourself in advance. It suffices to be present at the start of the activity and to ask for the volleyball coordinator.

Requirements

• Sports shoes with a light sole are mandatory.
• Knee pads are recommended.
