General Information

Would you like to improve your physical fitness, get fit through life and meet nice new people?
Then our Workout is exactly what you need!
We work on endurance, strength, agility and balance.
Fun music, adapted equipment (dumbbells, cones, step, etc.) ensure a complete workout with extra care for the arms, abdomen, chest and buttocks. You determine the intensity of the exercise yourself. The activity is therefore suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes!
After class, we often go for a drink with those who feel like it.

Would you like to try? You are very welcome, Tuesday evening at 8:00 pm in the sports hall on Linkeroever, Blancefloerlaan 183, Antwerpen.
