The lessons are supervised by Kim Vercammen. You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in yoga to participate. The difficulty of the exercises is built up slowly. Sign up to the newsletter for a weekly update about our location during the summer. Other changes and important information will also be distributed via the newsletter.
