Start2Run

Our club is restarting Start2Run: a guided running program for anyone who wants to start (or start again) running. In eight weeks, we will gradually build up to 5 km together — at a comfortable pace, achievable, and with plenty of fun.

When?
Starting Wednesday March,11 till Wednesday, May,6.
Trainings:

- Monday at 19u30 – Park Den Brandt
- Wednesday at 19u30 – Het Rooi
What can you expect?

- Two trainings a week
- Guidance by coaches
- A permanent group
- A warm club atmosphere
- No registration fee (you only have to be(come) an ACA member)
Start2Run at our club means: growing together, laughing together, running together. Everyone is welcome — no experience required.
