General Information

• Are you also itching to go out?
• And would you like to play volleyball in a fun team?
• Then you can go to Active Company Antwerp.
• Both L's, G's, B's, T's, Q's, and allies are more than welcome for a recreational training.

Anyone can participate in a training session.
Beginners and advanced players sometimes train together, other times side by side, depending on the attendees. So, there is definitely room for you.
The first hour, there is a joint warm-up with training on flexibility, speed and technique.
The training will be concluded with a friendly match.
